Lenora C. ``Doll'' Elliott, 69, of the 4200 block of Thistle Drive, died Aug. 28, 1996, in Maryview Hospital.
Born in Norfolk Co., Va., she was a retired nurse of Maryview Hospital after 14 years service. She was a member of Union Bethel Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include her husband, Otis L. Elliott; a daughter, Latanya R. Elliott-Wiggins of Portsmouth; father, William Christian of Suffolk; a brother, Willie Morris Sr. of Baltimore, Md.; a grandchild, Jamia Wiggins of Portsmouth; son-in-law, Joseph Wiggins of Portsmouth; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousin, in-laws and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Verbina Christian.
A funeral will be held at noon Monday in Union Bethel Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by Pastor Ralph D. Harris. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at noon today. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Monday. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
