Loubert Joel Stegall, 8, of St. Mary's Infant Home of Norfolk, died Aug. 31, 1996.
He was born in Norfolk. Survivors include his mother, Diann Stegall of Norfolk, his father, Loubert Demetita of Alabama; two brothers, Matthew and Zachary Stegall, both of Norfolk; maternal grandmother, Helen Rodriguez of Florida; paternal grandparents, Norma and Gary Hart of Alabama; three aunts, Monica Echavaria of Norfolk, Revonda A. Ferrer of Virginia Beach and Arlene Pacheco of Norfolk; two uncles, Rodney Stegall of Norfolk and Barney Hebid of Virginia Beach; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Colonial Grove Memorial Park by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. The family asks that memorial be made in Loubert's memory to his family, c/o Revonda A. Ferrer, 1106 Coriander Court, Virginia Beach, Va. 23456.
