Funeral services with full military honors will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, is in charge of arrangements.
