Jack Spratley, 76, of 1207 Carrsville, died Aug. 29, 1996, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.
A native of Southampton Co., he was the widower of Margaret V. Spratley. He retired from Union Camp Cooperation and he was a member of Pulaski Baptist Church, Carrsville.
Survivors include a son, Carl E. Spratley; three daughters, Ernell Spratley, Jacqueline Saundders, Patsy Spratley; three brothers, Coolidge Spratley, Johnnie Spratley, Martin Artis; and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother, Rosa B. Johnson.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Pulaski Baptist Church. Burial will be in Picott Cemetery. Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
