Damsey & Associates Ltd. has relocated its office from Crawford Street in Portsmouth to 420 North Center Drive, Koger Center, Building 11, Suite 119 in Norfolk. The medical management consultant firm employees five full time and six part time consultants.
Retail Centers of America has opened its second location, Military Circle Pawn, in Hampton Roads at 6024 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Norfolk. The new pawn shop is located in the former Ameri-Banc facility.
Larry Meyers, owner, said the new shop will include a drive-through renewal service on loans.
Retail Centers operates Princess Anne Pawn on Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach.
The structural engineering firm of Speight Marshall & Francis has relocated its operations from Seahawk Circle to a new office building at 2000 General Booth Blvd., Suite 205, Virginia Beach.

Richfood Holdings in Richmond said the position of its chief executive officer, currently held by its chairman, Donald D. Bennett, will be assume by president and chief operating officer John E. Stokely. Bennett will remain as chairman of the company. The succession will become effective on Jan. 1.
Bennett, 60, has served as Richfood's CEO since 1990, and as chairman since 1993. Stokely, 43, has been with Richfood since 1990, serving initially as chief financial officer prior to being named to the COO position in 1994.
The company also declared a three-for-two split of its Common Stock. The additional shares issuable in the split will be distributed on or about Sept. 30 to shareholders of record on Sept. 16.
Richfood declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.045 per share before giving effect to the three-for-two split (equivalent to $.03 per share after the split) payable on or about September 30, 1996, to shareholders of record on Sept. 16, 1996.
Owens & Minor in Richmond named Ann Greer Rector senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective Sept. 9. Rector currently is vice president and controller. She joined Owens and Minor last year after leaving KPMG, Peat Marwich, where she spent four years in public accounting. Rector will replace Glenn J. Dozier who is leaving the company.
Roy D. Stallings Jr. has been named president of Central Fidelity Bank's Roanoke market area. Stallings currently serves as senior vice president and area manager for the 25 local bank branches located in the Farm Fresh and Rack & Sack stores. Stallings joined the bank in 1965.
