Lucerio A. Serrano, 76, of the 5500 block of Glen View Drive, died Aug. 31, 1996, in Norfolk.
He was born in the Philippines.
Survivors include his wife, Adelfa M. Serrano; 12 children, Gilberto Serrano, Celsa Mendoza, Herminigilda Castro, Rodolfa Serrano, Ernesto Serrano, Benjamin Serrano, Jovita Serrano, Bernardita Serrano, Jeronimo Serrano, Teodoro Serrano, Donato Serrano and Renato Serrano; a sister, Juliana Bacani; a brother, Antonio Serrano; and 15 grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 8 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by Fr. Leo Manalo. Burial will be in the Philippines. Friends may visit at the funeral home each day until the day of the service.
