Don Levine, creator of GI Joe, greets guests and signs the book ``GI
Joe: The Story Behind the Legend'' on Sunday at the Target store in
Chesapeake. GI Joe fans of all ages stopped at Target stores
nationwide for the debut of the reissued original 1964 action figure
and a book on its conception and development. The figure, created in
1964 while Levine was creative director for the Hasbro Toy Group,
