today in observance of Labor Day. Garbage collection Virginia Beach

will have regular collection; Portsmouth will have regular

collection but will not collect bulk items; Chesapeake will collect

Wednesday; Suffolk collections will be one day behind; Norfolk does

not collect on Mondays.Recycling collection Portsmouth will have

regular collection; Chesapeake recyclables will be collected on
