Bruce Barry Gallup, 70, formerly of Virginia Beach and the Eastern Shore, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 1996, at his home in Inverness.
An Army veteran of World War II, he was also a graduate of Virginia Tech and a retired land surveyor.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Wanda K. Gallup; a son, Bruce W. Gallup of Virginia Beach; two daughters, Laura G. Pearson of Richmond and Lynn G. Doyle of Inverness; and six grandchildren.
Services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to your local Hospice or to the American Cancer Society.
