Milinda H. Jenkins, of the 1300 block of Great Bridge Blvd., died Sept. 3, 1996.
Born in Princess Anne Co., she was the widow of Charles A. Jenkins. She was a member of New Oak Grove Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, and was a missionary, member of Choir (NU)2 and the usher board.
Survivors include a daughter, Ella M. Baxter of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two sisters, Hazel Griffin of Virginia Beach, Mary Dillard of New York; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. O.L. Cromwell II in New Oak Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
