Gladys Pizer Frye, 71, of the 1000 block of Sea Holly Court, died Sept. 7, 1996, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Born in Homer City, Penn., she was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, William A. Frye; two daughters, Marie Y. Dravis of Johnstown, Penn., and Patricia G. Kucenski of Virginia Beach; a son, George R. Smith of Virginia Beach; three sisters, June Stern of Homer City, Penn., Delores Gunter, Penn., and Grace Lumadeau of Galveston, Texas; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Richard J. Yates. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday in Maestas Funeral Home, Baltic Ave. Chapel.
