LILLIE M. LOCKLEY

Lillie Mae Lockley, known as ``Good-Lil'' and ``Cinderella'' of the 400 block of Meadow Creek, died Sept. 5, 1996, in Chesapeake General Hospital.

Born in Raleigh, N.C., she was the widow of Ernest Lockley. Mrs. Lockley was a homemaker and member of Wake Baptist Grove Church, Raleigh.

Survivors include three daughters, Ernestine (Tina) Wilson of Chesapeake; Peggy Williams of Raleigh, Michelle Brown of Norfolk; two sisters, Wilhelmena Vaughan of Baltimore, Willie Mae Edwards of Brooklyn, N.Y.; six grandchildren; and nine grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in Carlos A. Howard Chapel, Norfolk, by the Bishop Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing at 3 p.m. Monday. The family will assemble at 11:30 a.m. at 429 Meadow Creek Drive for the procession. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
