Marion O. Gay, 81, of the 7800 block of Camellia Road, died Sept. 8, 1996, in Norfolk.
Born in Norfolk, she retired as a Norfolk public school teacher after 37 years. She was a member of Norview United Methodist Church, National Association of Retired Teachers Alumni Association of Radford, Virginia Retired Teachers Association and Norfolk City Retired Teachers Association. She graduated from the Radford Division of VPI.
Survivors include a son, Howard Carter Osman of Fairfax County, Va.; and two grandchildren, Erich and Amanda Osman.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. John F. Shappell. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
