David Michael Keenan, 56, of the 6500 block of Crags Causeway, died Monday, Sept. 9, 1996, in a Virginia Beach nursing home.
Mr. Keenan was born in Albany, N.Y., and was the son of the late Joseph Michael and Ellen Disotell Keenan. He was a design engineer with Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Mr. Keenan was a member of Blackwater Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include hie wife, Lois Furlough Keenan; his two daughters and their husbands, Lorraine K. and Ronnie Fleming and Cheryl K. and Steve Dunn, his son and his wife, Brian Michael and Julie Keenan; and four granddaughters, all of Virginia Beach.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Blackwater Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Ralph Horn. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America Inc., 140 W. 22nd St., New York, N.Y. 10011-2420. Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, is handling arrangements.
