James Craig ``Jay'' Taylor, 40, died Sept. 6, 1996.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Taylor of Kenova, W.Va.; a daughter, Tammy Lynn of Kenova; a son, Derek James of Kenova; mother, Alice H. Taylor of Chesapeake; a sister, Debra S. Puckette of Chesapeake; a brother, Dale R. Taylor of Norfolk. He was predeceased by his father, James F. Taylor.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at noon in St. Therese Catholic Church in Chesapeake. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Union Mission of Norfolk or St. Therese Building Fund.
