Alejandra ``Betsy'' Swords, 40, of the 900 block of Maximus Square Apts., died Sept. 9, 1996, at Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
Mrs. Swords was a native of the Philippines and was employed by M & G Electronics for the past two years.
Survivors include her fiance, Gary W. Cooper of Virginia Beach, and a cousin, Lisa Cummeroy of Nevada.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at NAS Oceana Chapel, Virginia Beach.
