Charles M. Maple Sr., 58, of 202 Tatem St., changed his address to heaven on Sept. 7, 1996.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Doris J. Maple; three sons; two daughters; five grandchildren; and his mother. He is also survived by six brothers and a sister.
Friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 10 a.m. today in Rosewood Memorial Park with the Rev. William Stanley officiating. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
