Cecelia Collette McCoy, 75, of the 4200 block of Meadowview Road, a housewife, died Sept. 10, 1996, at her residence.
She was a native of New York City and was a member of the Catholic Church of the Resurrection. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond McCoy Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen Musto of Portsmouth; a son, Raymond McCoy III of New York; a sister, Mary Skoglund of Anaheim, Calif.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Thursday in the Church of the Resurrection, Cedar Lane, Portsmouth. Father Jim Carr will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
