but not raped.

MetroNews story Friday about enforcement of the Clean Water Act.
CLARIFICATION
A MetroNews story Friday about odors in Knitting Mill Creek in
Norfolk may not have been clear about health risks. While high fecal
coliform counts have been found in the creek in past years, there is
