DISTRICT A

Breaking and entering, 2000 block North Main Street, Sept. 3, someone entered a fenced area and damaged a new vehicle. The gates had been left unlocked.

DISTRICT B

Grand larceny, 2300 block Wilroy Road, Sept. 3, someone removed two laptop computers from a business: a 365 IBM Think Pad 23-H0456 valued at $3,780, and an IBM Think Pad 78HAC91 valued at $4,753. The computers were removed between Aug. 24 and Aug. 27.

DISTRICT C

Breaking and entering, 700 block North Main Street, Sept. 3, someone entered a car wash bay and removed a coin acceptor.

DISTRICT D

Breaking and entering, 100 block Dill Road, Aug. 29, someone entered an area where a chain link fence had been removed and then entered the building through an old heater vent. A 5-foot tool chest was removed, and attempts were made to remove a second tool chest.

Breaking and entering, 1300 block Bethlehem Street, Aug. 29, someone returned home to discover that the lock to a shed had been pried open and a weed eater removed.

Breaking and entering, 300 block Hill Street, Aug. 29, someone attempted to enter a house by tearing a window screen and breaking the glass.

Grand larceny, 300 block Spruce Street, Sept. 2, someone removed a maroon, 2-door, 84 Cutlass Oldsmobile with chrome rims. The car had been parked in the yard. The keys had been stolen on Aug. 26.

Breaking and entering, County Street and Johnson Avenue, Sept. 3, someone entered a storage container.

Breaking and entering, 400 block Ben Street, Sept. 3, initially, someone attempted to enter a house by breaking a rear window. The back door was then kicked open and a black and brown pit bull removed. The dog weighs approximately 35-pounds and is named ``Kato.''

Petty larceny, 1200 block Peachtree Drive, Sept. 4, someone removed a NEC 800 series cellular phone from an unsecured van. by CNB
