Lula W. Field, 75, of 110 Suburban Parkway, died Sept. 11, 1996, after a long and painful battle in Sentara Bayside Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, John Field; a daughter, Ann Fentress; a brother; three sisters; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, as her body was donated to the Virginia Medical College. Memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity.
