Ethel Lee Norfleet, 71, of the 2700 block of Beech St., died Sept. 8, 1996.
Survivors include her husband, Vanda L. Norfleet; three daughters, Ida R. Crowder, Josephine Carter, Vineta Tyson; two sons, Jimmy Harris Jr., Jesse Whitty; a sister, Mary Rivers; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday by the Rev. Warren E. Amlet in First Baptist Church South Portsmouth. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. The family will be at Fisher Funeral Home from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday.
