HAMPTON HAS ITS PARTY this weekend, aptly titled ``Hampton Bay Days.'' Patty Loveless headlines the happenings with her concert at 3 p.m. Sunday. The 1996 Country Female Vocalist of the Year has a handful of hits like ``Blame It on Your Heart,'' ``A Handful of Dust'' and ``When the Fallen Angels Fly.'' Also in the music line up: Taylor Dayne (``I'll Always Love You'' and ``Tell It to My Heart'') at 8 tonight and Bachman-Turner Overdrive (``Taking Care of Business'' and ``You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet'') at 8 p.m. Saturday. What else? There'll be fireworks (9:30 p.m. Saturday), food, sporting events and children's activities.
