Carol W. Horner, 59, of 5912 Frament Ave., died at her home on Sept. 10, 1996.
Mrs. Horner was born on Dec. 25, 1936 in Chattanooga, Tenn. and resided in the Tidewater area for more than 40 years. Mrs. Horner was a long-time local antique dealer and member of the Tidewater Depression Glass Club.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Horner; a daughter, Caroline; granddaughter, Sarah; son-in-law, Bill Grimes, all of Virginia Beach; and brother-in-law, Bill Horner of Kinston, N.C.
A memorial service will be held by the Rev. William Twine at Colonial Grove Memorial Park on Monday, Sept. 16, 1996, at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends at the home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. The Cremation Society of Virginia, Tidewater Office, Virginia Beach is in charge.
