Deborah Puckett Hayden, 38, of the 2700 block of Hoyt Drive, died Sept. 12, 1996, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mrs. Hayden, a native of Passaic, N.J., was the SEAL Team special education teacher at Deep Creek Middle School. She was a member of Blessed Hope Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth R. Hayden; two sons, Justin Kyle Hayden and Joshua Bennett Hayden; and her parents, Mack and Doris Puckett, all of Chesapeake.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Baker-Foster Funeral Home, Bennett's Creek Chapel, Suffolk, by the Rev. Nelson F. Fields. Entombment will follow in Meadowbrook Mausoleum. Friends may join the family today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
