MARGARET H. HOLLAND

Margaret Harvell Holland, 78, of the 200 block of Katherine St., died Sept. 14, 1996.

A native of Suffolk, she was the widow of Robert Lee Holland Jr. Mrs. Holland retired as credit manager of Helig Myers after 52 years service. She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church, Suffolk, as a member of the West Memorial Bible Class and Sunday School teacher. Also she was a charter member of Suffolk Credit Professional International Club with 51 years of perfect attendance.

Survivors include her sister, Jane H. Eley of Suffolk; a brother, Clifford E. Harvell Jr. of Suffolk; and a nephew C. E. Harvell III of Williamsburg. She was predeceased by her mother, Amy Holland Harvell and Clifford E. Harvell Sr.

A funeral will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Michael Halley. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home and other times at 1004 Myrtle Road. Memorials may be made to Suffolk Christian Church, ``Building for Tomorrow,'' 216 N. Main St., Suffolk, Va. 23434.
