Betty Lou Williams, 53, of the 1800 block of Brookwood Court, died Sept. 13, 1996.
A native of Norfolk and a homemaker, Mrs. Williams was a member of Azalea Garden Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, James H. Williams; three daughters, Lynn Thomas, Dana Spears, Mary Gowans, all of Norfolk; a son, James H. Williams Jr. of Norfolk; six grandchildren, Robert Charles Thomas, Michael Thomas, Melissa Williams, Megan Spears, Blake Spears and Betty Gowans.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Aubrey D. Maye. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
