Blais W. Gaskill, 84, of the 1600 block of Janke Road, died Sept. 14, 1996.
A retired mechanical engineer with 52 years of service at Anchor Thread of New Jersey, Mr. Gaskill was a native of Trenton, N.J. He was Presbyterian.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Gaskill; his daughter, Kay Riehl and her husband, Joseph Riehl, of Virginia Beach; grandchildren, Rick Riehl and Randy Riehl, both of Virginia Beach; and three nephews, all of New Jersey.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Vernon Murray in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, is in charge.
