Police are seeking public assistance in solving these cases:
On July 20, police were called to the 600 block of Douglas Ave., where they found Devonia Byars and Leon Porter, both 25, shot to death.
The front door of the residence appeared to have been kicked in.
Police believe the shooting took place sometime between 11:30 p.m. on July 19 and 4:30 a.m. on the 20th. Suffolk
On Sept. 9, burglars entered the office area of the Suffolk Municipal Airport by forcing open the front door.
They stole a large, gray Sentry model safe, about 2 feet by 2 feet by 30 inches. It contained a small amount of currency.
The safe was heavy; two or more people may have been removed it.
Also taken were a color television set and an Emerson VCR.
The burglars may have used a truck to transport the items. Virginia Beach
On Friday, Aug. 30, at 4 p.m. the First Virginia Bank branch in the 3100 block of Virginia Beach Blvd. at Kings Grant Road was robbed.
The robber is described as black, in his 20s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 185 pounds with a muscular build, a mustache and short black hair.
He was wearing a light blue, long-sleeve shirt, faded jeans, a black baseball cap with a symbol on the front, and sunglasses. Hampton
Police are looking for two men:
David Lee Moore, 20, is wanted on charges of abduction, use of a firearm and numerous other felonies.
Moore is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has a slight beard. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Edwin James Sessoms, 23, is wanted for a probation violation.

This man is suspected of robbing a First Virginia Bank, at Virginia
Beach Boulevard and Kings Grant Road, at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30.
