Gertrude A. ``Jerry'' Morgan, 77, died Sept. 14, 1996.
Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Morgan was the widow of Guy H. Morgan. She was a member of Ladies Auxillaries of the Fleet Reserve Association, Branch 60; VFW Post 3160; and American Legion Post 327. She was a Catholic.
Survivors include a daughter, Janet Hawkins and her husband, D.B. Hawkins, of Norfolk; two granddaughters, Dana Zacharias and her husband, Capt. David Zacharias of Coronado, Calif., Marcy Ellul and her husband, Leon Ellul, of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; and two great-grandaughters, Devon and Darin Zacharias of Coronado.
A funeral and Fleet Reserve service will be conducted today at 1:30 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive, by Father William Dale. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
