Philip N. Motley Jr., 39, went home to be with the Lord on Sept. 16, 1996.
He is survived by his parents, Philip Sr. and Barbara P. Motley; sisters, Patti Moran and Nancy Carroll; brother, Vance Motley; brother-in-law, Rich Carroll; nieces, Nikki Moran and Brittanie Motley and many loving friends and relatives.
His remains rest at the Morrissett Funeral Home, Richmond, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today and Thursday. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday in Centralia Cemetery on Hopkins Road in Richmond.
