Donna Jeanette Fraser Everett, 74, of the 1200 block of Fordyce Drive, died Sept. 17, 1996, in her residence.
Born in Connecticut, she was the widow of Jesse W. Everett. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church, Virginia Beach, and the Over 50s Club of the church. She was also a member of the Disabled American Veterans and lifetime member of the South Norfolk Moose Lodge.
Survivors include two daughters, Pauline Diana Dowson and son-in-law, John R. Dowson, Pamela Diane Bess and son-in-law, Edmond L. Bess, all of Chesapeake; a brother, Clarke Fraser of Connecticut; and nine grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Patrica Diana Hardy.
A funeral will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday by Father Tim Drake in St. Matthews Catholic Church, Virginia Beach. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake. The family will be at the Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, on Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m.
