Myrtle Vann Felton, 89, of the 300 block of Bosley Ave., died Sept. 19, 1996, at Obici Hospital.
Mrs. Vann Felton was a homemaker and native of Northampton County, N.C. She was the widow of Walter S. Felton. She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church since 1936. She also was a member of the West Memorial Bible Class.
Survivors include a daughter, Myrtle Felton Etheridge of Virginia Beach; a son, Walter S. Felton Jr. of Williamsburg; a sister, Lois V. McClelland of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two grandsons, Walter Shepard Felton III and Joe Edge Felton.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Holly Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Michael D. Halley. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the Harrell Funeral Home. Memorials can be made to the Suffolk Christian Church, 216 N. Main St., Suffolk, Va. 23434.
