Margie Twilley Sunday, 73, of the 4200 block of Cedar Lane, died Sept. 19, 1996.
Mrs. Sunday was a native of Willie, Ga., and a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church. She was a past royal matron of Cavalier Court No. 6, Order of the Amaranth.
Survivors include her husband, Robert I. Sunday; daughters, Dianne T. Whitlock, and her husband, H. Hadley Whitlock Jr. of Chesapeake, and Barbara T. Aston of Chesapeake; a sister, Betty M. Eley; grandchildren, Jeffrey G. Crews-Aston, Kimberly Aston, Marty Aston, Ashley Whitlock and Sarah Whitlock; a stepgranddaughter, Lynn Cipcic. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Edward Twilley, and her parents, Robert J. and Birdie R. McGahee.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by the Rev. Donald Seely. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. Family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorials may be made to the Maryview Hospice Program.
