Norma C. Youngs, 67, of the 2900 block of Sunrise Ave., died Sept. 18, 1996.
She retired from London Fog Factory after 20 years of service. Born in Costa Rica, she was a member of Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Norfolk. She was predeceased by her husband Claude Youngs.
Survivors include her daughter, Claudia Youngs; five sons, Claude R. Youngs Jr., Johnny H. Youngs, Ernesto Youngs, Edwardo Youngs and Lucho Youngs; a brother, Enrique Grittens; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A funeral will be at noon Monday in Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Norfolk. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Pretlow and Sons' Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
