KATHERINE H. BEETHOVEN

On Sept. 22, 1996, Katherine Helen Beethoven, 75, of the 1500 block of Willow Ave., died peacefully in her sleep.

Mrs. Beethoven was a native of Detroit, Mich., and was a housewife and the widow of Norman A. Beethoven. Beloved of her six children, memories of her love and devotion and endless hard work for her family will always be treasured.

Mrs. Beethoven is survived by three daughters and three sons, Lori K. Six, Craig H. Beethoven, both of Virginia Beach, Tina L. Ellis of Jeffersonville, Ind., Kris B. Meek, Mark N. Beethoven, Kevin J. Beethoven, all of Chesapeake; and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Carl Rotenheber of Detroit, Mich.; a sister, Mary Kahles of New Baltimore, Mich.; and many nieces and nephews.

Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling arrangements. Family and friends may gather at the chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. A Christian funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Donnie O'Dey at Fellowship Baptist Church, 419 Glenrock Road at 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be at Colonial Grove Cemetery, Princess Anne Road.
