A male harbor seal, above, swims along the glass of the new harbor

seal habitat at the Virginia Marine Science Museum in Virginia Beach

Friday as Thomas R. Frantz, dressed as King Neptune, listens to a

speaker during the dedication ceremony. Five male harbor seals are

on exhibit in the 60,000-gallon salt water habitat, which is the

last major exhibit to be completed as part of the museum's expansion

project. It is located at the facility's main entrance on General

Booth Boulevard. At right, a seal named Norton raises a flipper in

response to a command from technician Cecilia Hatton.
