EXPLAINING RIGHTS

Doesn't the newspaper editorial writer understand the Bill of Rights?

Driving is a privilege, and the Second Amendment is a right.

If you feel that gun owners should be required to have a permit and be registered, then all rights in the Bill of Rights should require a permit and registration, especially the First Amendment that the editor so readily uses to attack the other rights.
