Garland Jeffrey Kellum, 46, of the 800 block of Colony Manor Road, died Friday Sept. 27, 1996, in Portsmouth.
A native of Portsmouth, Mr. Kellum is survived by a daughter, Monica L. Kellum of Chesapeake; his father, Earlwood G. Kellum of Suffolk; his mother and stepfather, June S. and Lowell Dickerson of Chesapeake; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel.
