Jane Geray, 47, died Sept. 28, 1996.
A native of Pitt County, Miss Geray spent most of her life in the Tidewater area. She was a graduate of Smithfield High School, Smithfield, and had been employed as the manager of Boone's Trading Post Convenience Store in Crittenden, Va. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and had made her home in Greenville for the past two years.
Survivors include her brother, John Andrew Geray of Pollocksville, N.C.; and sisters, Ann G. Bell of Pollocksville and Mary Ella Mingin of Smithfield.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will be in Pollocksville at a later date. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 12:30 p.m. until the funeral hour Tuesday.
