Horses are not sold to slaughter after their racing days are over? They are not made into dog food or glue? Jeremy Soria's letter, ``Horse racing: the flip side'' (Sept. 22) tells us that all retired horses go to wonderful farms. Are all the retired greyhound dogs there too?
This gentleman's letter must have been routed to the wrong publication. Playboy's the one that solicits fantasies.
