SOUR-GRAPES BOYCOTT

If there was ever a case of sour grapes and crybabies, the proposed union boycott of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel takes first prize.

Perhaps if the unions would take but a small pay and benefit reduction, their contractor's bid would be more competitive.
