I find it hard to believe that Norfolk State representatives are blaming the local public schools for their own apparent failure to see that students graduate in a timely manner.
A 22 percent graduation rate in seven years? I thought that NSU was a four-year university. It seems to me that in the past, more emphasis was placed on acquiring new facilities than graduating students.
