Theresa Loretta Lewis, 61, of the 1300 block of Earl St., died Oct. 1, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Lewis was a native of Philadelphia and lived in Norfolk for the past 27 years.
Survivors include her husband, Donald L. Lewis; two sisters-in-law, Wanda Wagner and Lorena Morgan; and two brothers-in-law, Hubert Lewis and Robert D. Lewis; and many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Fr. Patrick Doody. Burial will be private at a later date. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. The family will remain after the service to receive friends. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
