Frank Edward Parker, 69, of 12 Jeans Ct., died Oct. 2, 1996, in South Hill, Va.
A native of Elizabeth City, N.C., Mr. Parker was a retired supervisor for nuclear power plants for Newport News Industries. He was the widower of Elizabeth Grace Sheehan Parker.
Survivors include his daughters, Julie A. Parker of Portsmouth, Betty J. Parker of Portsmouth and Karen J. Seymour of Virginia Beach; a son, Kevin M. Parker of Portsmouth; and a grandson, Joshua M. Seymour.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday in Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by the Rev. Neal Sasser. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and at 4500 Ocean View Ave., Virginia Beach.
