Mr. Carson Bryant Jones, 71, of Roanoke Valley Nursing Home, died Oct. 3, 1996.
Mr. Jones was the son of the late Worley B. Jones and Helen Bryant Jones and a native of Bertie County.
Survivors include his sisters, Mrs. Clarice Pritchard of Roxobel and Mrs. Elaine Powell of Woodland, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. today in Roxobel-Kelford Cemetery by the Rev. Henry C. Boschen Jr. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Mrs. Clarice Pritchard, 303 N. Main St., Roxobel. Jackson Funeral Home, Jackson, is handling arrangements.
