Chip Weber, left, Tom Forrest and Jerry Morrison were among the Navy
personnel on hand Thursday as Portsmouth began a shuttle service
between Old Towne and the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The service is for
active-duty military, their families and guests. Trolleys will run
Thursdays and Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to midnight and Saturdays and
Sundays from noon to midnight. by CNB
