Lisa Anne Baker, 37, of the 500 block of Leonard Road died Oct. 4, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Baker was born in Newport, R.I. She was a Roman Catholic.
Survivors include her husband, Richard A. Baker; her three daughters, Jessica B. Clarke, Julianna Baker, Jennilee Baker, all of Norfolk; and her sister, Wanda Walton of Chesapeake, Va.; and her grandson, Christopher J. Clarke.
A chapel service will be conducted at 6 p.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, by Rev. Sebert W. Rorrer. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home.
