Clyde W. Henley Jr., 75, died Oct. 6, 1996, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mr. Henley was a native of Norfolk, but had lived in Virginia Beach for more than 20 years. He was a retired salesman with Frank Thomas Company and an Army veteran, having served in World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Odom Henley; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy W. Odom of Virginia Beach and Jeannette O. Yost and her husband Dr. Robert S. Yost of Wyomissing, Pa.
A chapel service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by Dr. Jerry O. Campbell. A private burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
