Michael Zarba, 62, of the 1600 block of Forest Fern Circle died Oct. 7, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mr. Zarba was a native of Boston. He retired from the U.S. Navy after serving in Vietnam with the SeaBees. Mr. Zarba retired in November 1995 from Colonial Chevrolet after 20 years in the automobile industry.
Survivors include his wife, Connie B. Zarba; a daughter, Lisa Elizabeth Kendra of Stephens City, Va.; a son, Michael P. Zarba of Clearwater; two aunts, Sarah Sclefani of Boston and Rose San Saverino of Boston; two grandchildren, Nicole M. Kendra and Anthony J. Kendra, both of Stephens City.
Burial will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17 in Arlington National Cemetery with full honors. A funeral service was held Wednesday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by Fr. James Dorson. Memorial donations may be made to hospice. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
